TECHNOGEN   DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION  (TEDECO)  will be  the technology provider to all GSEC's projects in the Philippines and will soon become the EPC Contractor of all GSEC Projects. TEDECO will manufacture, fabricate and assemble the green technologies relating to Water Treatment/Desalination, Solar Panels, Wind Turbines for the Magnetic Power Generator (MAGGEN) and Insulating Concrete Forms (ICF) Building System for mass housing projects.

JOHNMADE Surveying Services (JMSS) is a sole proprietorship company owned by Geodetic Engineer JOHNVIC JAMES C. GENSON. Prior to JMSSestablishment, Engr Benjo (as he is fondly called) had joined his father's GENSON Surveying and Engineering Consultants (GSEC) as an Instrument Man, then became a GPS Specialist and then a Hydrographer until he was designated as its Operations Supervisor to oversee the day to day operations of the company. With his varied experiences and gained expertise in most of the surveying fields catered by GSEC, he was advised by his father to form his own Surveying Company to Sub-Contract the projects of GENSON Surveying and Engineering Consultants (GSEC). His father wants to see his son to find his own place under sun and not to rely on the good name, reputation and the successes of his father and/or GENSON Surveying and Engineering Consultants (GSEC). His father acts as his Consultant and Adviser on surveying projects he will be able secure on his own initiative.
